How long does a residential roof replacement take?+
Most full residential roof replacements take around 3–4 days, depending on size, pitch, and material.
Repair or replace — how do I know?+
We'll tell you honestly. If a repair will get you another decade and the rest of the roof is sound, that's what we'll recommend. If you're throwing good money after bad, we'll tell you that too.

We install high-quality architectural asphalt shingles — material warranties up to 50 years, excellent wind ratings, and a look that holds up. We also install architectural metal and tile roofing systems. Rather than pushing one product on every house, we'll recommend the system that fits your home, budget, and goals.
Do you use subcontractors?+
No. We run 5 in-house crews — 3 residential, 2 commercial — and they're all Butte Roofing employees.
What's the warranty?+
Up to 50 years on materials, up to 25 years of manufacturer workmanship coverage on qualifying systems, and a 5-year Butte Roofing workmanship warranty on top of that.
