Clicking "Acknowledge & Submit" below authorizes Butte Roofing Company to establish a contract to engage in roofing repair work on your property. Butte Roofing Company will charge a minimum service arrival fee of $295 in the Service Area during non-emergency hours of 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday that includes: One hour of labor, one truck with hand tools and minor repair materials. The Service Area is Butte County. Repairs outside of the Service Area may have a larger "Arrival Fee" that will be submitted to the Property Owner for approval. During emergency hours, (7am - 5pm, Sat. & Sun) Butte Roofing Company will charge a minimum arrival fee of $495. If needed, additional work and hours will be submitted to the Property Owner for approval, to be billed at $195/hour to the next full hour.

Butte Roofing Company will collect the Service Arrival Fee and any added repair fees at the time of completion. Our field representative will take: check, credit card or Venmo.

If Property Owner desires to cancel this work, the minimum cancellation fee prior to arrival is $95. If it is determined that the repair requires a new roof, Butte Roofing Company will provide an estimate for a Re-Roof; the estimate will be provided at no cost to the Property Owner.

This agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between Property Owner and Butte Roofing Company and supersedes all negotiations. representations, or agreements, either oral or written. This agreement may be amended only by written instrument offered by Butte Roofing Company and accepted by Property Owner. Butte Roofing Company does not provide a warranty for repair work.

If conditions and/or circumstances are encountered at the job site which are concealed physical conditions, or unknown physical conditions of an unusual nature, which differ materially from that which is visually ascertained, the Property Owner agrees to accept responsibility for such conditions and those circumstances outside of the control of Butte Roofing Company and furthermore, agrees to pay for any labor or materials. It is the intent of this paragraph to make the Property Owner responsible for (1) all unforeseen and concealed conditions; and, (2) for that which Butte Roofing Company cannot control. Accordingly, the Property Owner further agrees to hold Butte Roofing Company harmless and shall indemnify and defend Butte Roofing Company and all its agents and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees, consequential damages, arising out of or as a result from the performance of Butte Roofing Company's work involving, affecting, or relating to such unforeseen or concealed conditions, regardless of whether such damages are caused in part by the work of Butte Roofing Company.
