Butte Roofing repairs roofs throughout Paradise — about 30 minutes up the Skyway from our Chico shop. Service visits start at $295 (up to two hours on-site), and most repairs run $295–$7,000. On the Ridge, repair work comes with an extra responsibility: doing it in a way that protects your roof's fire rating and your warranty.
Active leak in Paradise? Leak-Stop dispatch sends a dedicated service crew same-day or next-day.
Leak-Stop RequestParadise is unlike anywhere else we work. Since the Camp Fire, the town has rebuilt with some of the most fire-resistant homes in California — Class A roof assemblies, ember-resistant vents, and tighter defensible-space standards, from the neighborhoods around Bille Park (the town's first Firewise-recognized neighborhood) to new construction along the Skyway, Clark Road, and Pentz Road. Most Paradise roofs are only a few years old, and that changes what good repair work looks like: a careless patch can void a manufacturer warranty or compromise the fire rating the roof was built to meet. When we repair a newer roof, we match materials to the installed system, use like-rated components, and document the work so your warranty stands.
Paradise sits over 1,700 feet up in pine country, and roofs there work harder than valley roofs. Needle litter collects in valleys and behind chimneys, holding moisture against shingles and clogging gutters — and it's exactly the kind of debris ember-resistant assemblies are designed to keep from becoming a hazard, so keeping it off matters twice. Winters bring more rain than the valley floor and the occasional snow load, and wind-driven storms up the canyon find any tab or flashing left loose. If something on your roof doesn't look right, a $295 service visit settles it.
Service visits start at $295 and include up to two hours on-site, then $70 per hour per person. Most repairs run $295–$7,000. You'll know the cost before we start.
Not if it's done right. We match the installed system, use like-rated components, and document the repair. As a GAF Golden Pledge certified contractor, we know exactly what manufacturer warranties require.
It shouldn't, and that's the point of doing it properly. We repair with components rated for the assembly so the roof stays what it was built to be.
We clear debris from the repair area as part of the work, and we'll tell you honestly if buildup elsewhere is setting up your next leak. Ongoing debris management is also part of our preventative maintenance program.
Paradise is about 30 minutes from our shop. Submit a Leak-Stop request and the dedicated service crew handles rapid dispatch — most emergency calls get same-day or next-day response.
Even excellent new roofs see storm damage, wind-lifted shingles, flashing movement as homes settle, and punctures from falling limbs. Catching small problems early is what keeps a new roof on its full-lifespan track.
