What licensing and insurance should my roofer have? Does it really matter?+
Yes, it matters a lot. If a roofer isn't licensed or doesn't carry proper insurance and gets hurt on your property, you could be liable. We are fully licensed and insured to protect you and our crew.
Do you meet the code minimum for my new roof?+
We exceed it. Building code is the bare minimum required for safety and performance. Why settle for the minimum protection over your home and everything in it? We aim higher.
How many nails go into a new roof?+
About 10,000. Every nail matters—one bad nail can cause a leak. That's why our crew installs every shingle with precision and care to prevent even a single leak.
What's the typical process after I sign a contract?+
Once you sign, we'll walk you through each step—from permitting and scheduling to installation and final inspection. Our team keeps you informed so there are no surprises.
How much is a repair?+
A service visit starts at $295. That includes up to two hours on-site. After that, it's $70 per hour per person. Depending on the issue, repairs can range from $295 to $7,000.
Are repairs under warranty?+
No. We only warranty new roof installations. Repairs typically address surface issues, not the root cause—so we can't guarantee long-term performance unless a full replacement is done.
What's the life expectancy of a new roof?+
With proper maintenance, most roofs last 20–25 years.
Do you offer a maintenance program?+
