Nick Starnes has been in the industry for 17 years and works primarily on the broad aspects of managing the company while relying on his awesome staff for most of the work. When he is not working on business solutions at his desk, Nick spends time with his kids, Jaiden, Amelia, Landrie, and his wife, Sharon. He enjoys running, mountain biking, snow sports, and getting into a Giants baseball game whenever possible.
With a background in HR and benefits, Celina’s journey began in a part-time role that quickly evolved into full-time leadership. Since transitioning the company to the EOS model, she now serves as Chief Operating Officer and Integrator—helping drive clarity, accountability, and growth across the organization. A proud boy mom of two, Celina enjoys family game nights and attending live performances, from concerts to comedy shows.
Before joining Butte Roofing Company, Kason started his career at a CPA firm in public accounting, building a strong foundation in accounting and finance. As Controller, he oversees the accounting and finance side of the business while also spending much of his time improving processes, implementing new technology, and finding ways to make the company run more efficiently. He has a particular interest in automation and AI and is always looking for a better way to do things. Outside of work, Kason is involved in a local community church, and enjoys volleyball and spending time with friends and family.
Adam has been in the roofing industry for 27 years. He was born and raised in Oroville, where he still proudly calls home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children camping, hunting, fishing, horseback riding—anything outdoors.
Bobby Starnes has worked in the industry for 21 years and is a 4th generation of the Butte Roofing Company Starnes family. He was born and raised in Chico, CA, and likes spending time with his “awesome son Christopher, his loving daughter Caitlyn and the love of his life Alysha.” When not roofing, he loves to hunt, fish, and generally be in nature with his rescue dog Phineas. Bobby has been an Elks Lodge member for 5 years.
Lisa joined the Butte Roofing team in 2025, bringing more than 35 years of experience in marketing and sales. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping people, teams, and projects thrive through strong communication, accountability, and relationship-building. She is dedicated to delivering a high level of service while building lasting partnerships with clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult daughters and visiting her family’s happy place in Truckee, California.
Robert brings six years of industry experience from the supplier side of the business. His extensive product knowledge, customer-focused approach, and ability to find the right solutions make him a great resource for our clients. Outside of work, Robert is a proud girl dad who loves spending time with his family. He’s a big fan of professional baseball, football, and basketball and also enjoys hiking and motorcycles. And a fun fact about Robert—he has a 26-toed cat named Ruby!
Kyndal Snyder brings over 20 years of experience in customer relationship management, building strong connections and delivering exceptional service. She and her husband raised their two boys in Chico and value the close-knit community they call home. Outside of work, Kyndal enjoys camping, kayaking, and cheering on the SF Giants and 49ers with her family.
While Clay is newer to the roofing industry, he brings a wealth of accounting knowledge and experience to Butte Roofing. He’s someone who puts others first and takes pride in supporting our team and helping protect the financial health of our business. Outside of work, Clay enjoys snow skiing, hiking, playing games with friends, and tending to his succulent garden.
Isabel has 5 years of experience in the agricultural industry as Human Resources, now expanding in the Roofing/Construction industry. I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family, and exploring new places, along with helping others.
A Chico native and member of the Starnes family, Alysha is new to the roofing industry but no stranger to Butte Roofing. She takes pride in helping people and making sure they walk away feeling happy and well taken care of. Outside of work, Alysha enjoys baking, crocheting, reading, and is even a novice mushroom forager. She and her husband have two kids and two much-loved dogs—Phineas, their scruffy and loyal rescue, and Weenie.
With over six years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry, Dan brings a detailed, client-focused approach to every project. As an estimator at Butte Roofing Company, he specializes in residential roofing solutions, helping homeowners navigate their projects with clarity, transparency, and confidence. His strength lies in building solid relationships with clients—ensuring they feel heard, informed, and satisfied from the first estimate to the final inspection. He takes pride in delivering honest work with a commitment to quality and integrity. When Dan is not on a job site or working with clients, you will likely find him outdoors hunting, fishing, or enjoying Nor Cal’s beauty.
Alonzo brings over four years of roofing industry experience to his role in Residential Sales. He enjoys helping clients understand their options so they can make an informed decision and feel confident in the roof they choose for their home. Outside of work, Alonzo loves spending time with his family and his black Lab, Sig. He’s also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing.
Born and raised in Chico, Rob has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned a BS in Construction Management with a minor in Project Management from Chico State in 2020. He has worked as an estimator for Butte Roofing since 2023, specializing in commercial roofing projects. Rob has 4 children with his wife Sylvanna and enjoys camping, hiking, and gardening with his family.
With over 10 years of roofing experience and four years with Butte Roofing, he takes pride in every job he does and especially enjoys training new team members and sharing his knowledge of the craft. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. He and his wife especially enjoy watching the kids play sports.
Born and raised in Gridley, CA, Sam has been roofing for over 20 years. Sam enjoys shooting, playing sports, and spending time with my family. One of the things he values most about working at Butte Roofing is the strong relationships he’s built over the years.
Guillermo is a Chico native with nine years of roofing experience and has been part of the Butte Roofing team for over two years. He takes great pride in his work and especially enjoys teaching others the craft and sharing what he’s learned along the way. Outside of work, Guillermo loves spending time with his wife and two children. As a family, they enjoy getting outside and taking their little Maltese, Coco, for walks.
Frankie brings 45 years of roofing experience to Butte Roofing and has been a valued member of our team for 22 years. As a Residential Foreman, he takes pride in delivering a quality roof and seeing homeowners happy with the finished result. Outside of work, Frankie enjoys golfing, music, movies, and reading. You’ll also often find him with his little sidekick, Milo the Yorkie, whose personality is about 100 times bigger than he is!
A Chico native, Brayden has been with Butte Roofing for nearly four years and brings extensive commercial roofing knowledge to the team from his previous experience as a Duro-Last Quality Assurance Representative. He takes pride in the satisfaction that comes from completing a big project—and knowing it was done right. Outside of work, Brayden enjoys camping, fishing, Jiu-Jitsu, and rugby. He’s also a dog lover who rescued his two shelter dogs, Winnie and Indie.
A Hamilton City native, Jesus joined Butte Roofing in 2018, beginning his roofing career with us and working his way up to Foreman of his own commercial crew. He appreciates the craft of roofing and takes great pride in his role in creating a quality roof. Outside of work, Jesus loves spending time with his wife, son, and their dog, Magoo.
Bailey has been with Butte Roofing for five years, starting his roofing career with us and working his way up to Foreman through hard work and dedication. He takes pride in his work and the growth he’s achieved along the way. Outside of work, Bailey loves spending time with his three daughters, especially taking them to the park. He also enjoys playing co-ed softball in his free time.
