Red Bluff's historic core is one of the finest in the North State — Victorian and craftsman homes from the 1880s through the 1920s on the streets around downtown and along the river bluffs, with steep pitches, complex rooflines, dormers and turrets, and decks that were skip-sheathed a century ago.
