Commercial Roofing Foreman
Butte Roofing Company in Chico, CA is hiring a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead field crews in the safe and efficient installation of commercial roof systems. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day job site operations — managing crew assignments, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and safety compliance — while also handling project documentation such as RFIs, change orders, timecards, and daily logs in Acculynx. The ideal candidate has hands-on Duro-Last experience, strong leadership skills, and holds an OSHA 10-hour card and valid driver’s license. Fall Arrest, CPR, and Aerial Lift certifications are required, and an OSHA 30-hour card is a plus. Why Work With Us?
At Butte Roofing Company, we’ve been serving the Chico community since 1950 — and that kind of generational stability means something for the people who build their careers here too. We’re not a here-today-gone-tomorrow operation. We’re family owned, locally rooted, and built to last — which means when you join our team, you’re joining a company that invests in you for the long haul. We install premium, manufacturer-backed roofing systems, and we take pride in the craftsmanship behind every job.
Our crews aren’t temporary workers — roofing is a career here. We train, develop, and retain our people because consistency matters to our customers and to us. We also stand behind everything we install, maintaining long-term relationships with the clients we serve through responsive communication, commercial maintenance programs, and a commitment to doing right by people even when it’s not the easy call. If you’re looking for a place to grow your skills, be part of a respected team, and work for a company that intends to be around for another 75 years — we’d love to meet you.
