With a background in HR and benefits, Celina’s journey began in a part-time role that quickly evolved into full-time leadership. Since transitioning the company to the EOS model, she now serves as Chief Operating Officer and Integrator—helping drive clarity, accountability, and growth across the organization. A proud boy mom of two, Celina enjoys family game nights and attending live performances, from concerts to comedy shows.
